Since 1973, we have legally murdered over 55 million babies and called it choice.

Now, Federal judges have declared sodomy a civil right and are attacking natural marriage and shredding state constitutions.

According to our Declaration of Independence and Constitution, the sovereign states created a small “central” government and only delegated limited authority to this new entity. The Federal government does not have unlimited power to do as they please. Their powers are “few and defined” according to the Constitution and explained in Federalist Paper #45.

In fact, Thomas Jefferson elaborated on the Constitution in the Kentucky Resolutions of 1789:

“That the several States composing, the United States of America, are not united on the principle of unlimited submission to their general government; but that, by a compact under the style and title of a Constitution for the United States, and of amendments thereto, they constituted a general government for special purposes — delegated to that government certain definite powers, reserving, each State to itself, the residuary mass of right to their own self-government; and that whensoever the general government assumes undelegated powers, its acts are unauthoritative, void, and of no force: that to this compact each State acceded as a State, and is an integral part, its co-States forming, as to itself, the other party: that the government created by this compact was not made the exclusive or final judge of the extent of the powers delegated to itself; since that would have made its discretion, and not the Constitution, the measure of its powers; but that, as in all other cases of compact among powers having no common judge, each party has an equal right to judge for itself, as well of infractions as of the mode and measure of redress.”

We are not a nation of 310 million people RULED by our masters in Washington. We are a Union of fifty sovereign states that delegated limited power to the Federal government. There is no place in which we the states gave Washington the power to make us legalize the murder of the unborn or make us abandon God’s definition of marriage. We can do something about it!!

We need to raise a minimum of $502,000 in order to execute an educational campaign across our state in 2015, pass legislation to end abortion and nullify the Federal judge’s unconstitutional actions.

We need 1,000 people to commit and donate $10 per week for one year to Reclaiming America for Christ!

Once the states understand Federalism as the Declaration and Constitution established, then they will know they can stop ANY and ALL illegal actions by Washington and we can actually balance the budget and restore the rule of “We the people!”
